I went with a 3xl with a 16.5" calf. They were still too tight around the calf, to the point I couldn't feel my leg after2-3mins. Also, it was EXTREMELY tight around my quad, which leads me to believe that they must put also quad measurements. The chart is wrong and when I contacted via email, they told me they don't accept returns/refunds after 14 days even though it was THEIR mistake (I kept them for 2 weeks with the idea that they might stretch, but they were the same tight as day 1). Go up a size
Been using the belt consistently for 4 weeks. It is still breaking in but becoming more comfortable. Extremely high quality, bullet proof. Very supportive on my heavy lifts. It replaced a standard prong belt and the lever is totally worth the investment. The snap sounds are cool too. If you're a serious lifter, invest in high quality gear because it will take care of you and last years.
This belt is everything I wanted. The quality is incredible!
Perfect fit. I’m 5’ tall, 133lbs, 27” waist, with a really short torso. The 3” XS was the perfect fit for me. And I love the adjustable lever for days my weight is fluctuating from my cycle. Gives me the perfect level of support I need for the big lifts and I love that I can remove it immediately after I set the weight down rather than messing with a buckle.
Wasn't expecting to do an update nor buy the belt again lol. So good it got stolen :D
Spent the last month trying to get some follow up from the gym but nothing so I'll have to repurchase the belt after not even owning it for a full month. I think it's worth the money so I'll replace it soon enough
Moved up from a belt with a buckle to a lever belt. So far it has worked flawlessly, and it's everything I thought it was. Is one of many Pioneer products that I have purchased.
Sizing inaccurate, too tight around the calf but still won't stay up.

These are great. I don’t know why people keep saying they are super stiff—. They aren’t at all, but that’s kinda what I like about them. They are very springy, but not super stiff. Nice happy medium. They fit true to the size chart, were shipped quickly, and the quality is good.
Awesome belt, peak tightness with easy removal (lookin at u prong belts☠️☠️) definitly would buy again
I bought this belt as I started getting into heavier (400+) squats and deadlifts. I had been using an old belt in my gym while I waited on this to arrive. What a huge difference! This belt is just the right stiffness and provides perfect core support. High quality materials and craftsmanship. I would highly recommend this belt to anyone looking.
LOVE this belt. Before buying I was worried that the sparkles would be itchy or chafing. But that’s not an issue, even when it’s on skin directly (because wearing sports bra only). Also have not seen any sparkles falling off after using it for ~6 months (and even taking the belt on public transit)

Fell apart instantly. Had a pair of these a few years ago and they blew out in about 3 months. Didn’t have much to compare to and replaced them with rogue straps that seemed slightly lower quality, just bc I was putting in an order for other stuff anyway. Used those straps for two years and they finally started to fray, so I bought another pair of pioneers. I don’t like rogue’s vibe and try to support companies like pioneer whenever possible. Unfortunately, my new pair of pioneer straps are already failing after only a few workouts. For reference, the photos show how frayed they are after literally 10 deadlift sessions. I only use them for deadlifts and only on back down sets, meaning these straps are in worse shape after ~100 reps than my rogues are after ~2000…
Pretty bad. Also, the stitching is oriented so that the rough part is on your wrist when using them. Kind of a minor gripe but also an unforced error that’s easily corrected.
My first belt, and i love it. The craftsmen ship is great, and it shipped super fast.
The PAL lever system is a work of art. The belt is definitely high quality but it wasn't what I expected. I was expecting it to be a bit stiffer. It's quite soft and flexible and had I known that I would've went with a 13mm.
