Pioneer Weightlifting Belt Sizing
Weightlifting/Power Lifting Belts are worn well above where you wear your shorts or pants, this means they are worn above the hip bones.
Your pant size is NOT your weight belt size.
To measure for the correct size, use a pliable measuring tape or seamstress tape. Measure around your waist, about 4 inches above where your pants are. *Do not “suck in”, measure in a relaxed state, then pull the measuring tape tight.
Use this measurement to choose your correct LEATHER WEIGHT belt size.

How do you choose the right lifting belt thickness?
Over time in the weight room most lifters can figure this out by trial and error or the wise council of veteran lifters. If you don’t know what you want or don't have access to different belts please read our belt thickness guide to learn more.

El cinturón híbrido Pioneer personalizado ahora nace... y es como si un cinturón de nailon tradicional y un cinturón de cuero Pioneer tuvieran un bebé. El Hybrid tiene la facilidad de uso y la comodidad de un cinturón de Velcro™ y el soporte similar a un cinturón de cuero, lo que definitivamente es beneficioso para todos. La idea detrás de este cinturón era ofrecer un producto que sea un poco menos específico solo para el levantamiento de pesas. ¡Este cinturón está diseñado para entrenamiento cruzado, levantamiento olímpico, entrenamiento general y hombre fuerte!
