This helped a lot at my first national powerlifting comp. Was about to hit a dead lift PR of 250kg/551lbs!! I love this stuff!!
Just wish the bottle was more durable because it did break.

I'm not saying this stuff helped me brake the 300 on bench and 500 mark on deadlift at my last competition‚ buuuut it my have helped just a bit.

Super solid product but‚ what else can you expect from these guys but the best!
