Pioneer Weightlifting Belt Sizing
Weightlifting/Power Lifting Belts are worn well above where you wear your shorts or pants, this means they are worn above the hip bones.
Your pant size is NOT your weight belt size.
To measure for the correct size, use a pliable measuring tape or seamstress tape. Measure around your waist, about 4 inches above where your pants are. *Do not “suck in”, measure in a relaxed state, then pull the measuring tape tight.
Use this measurement to choose your correct LEATHER WEIGHT belt size.

How do you choose the right lifting belt thickness?
Over time in the weight room most lifters can figure this out by trial and error or the wise council of veteran lifters. If you don’t know what you want or don't have access to different belts please read our belt thickness guide to learn more.
Most of our weight lifting belts, powerlifting belts, lever weight belts, as well as our other lifting belts offer customization, BUT we know there are times what you want isn’t listed or you’re interested in a belt we’ve showcased on our social media.* This is where you start!
Presentamos el cinturón de palanca de 10 mm V2 PAL (palanca ajustable Pioneer) patentado*. El cinturón de gamuza doble de 10 mm ha sido nuestra configuración más vendida año tras año durante la última década, por lo que fue una decisión fácil fabricarlos en grandes cantidades para un envío rápido al cliente. Trajimos una nueva suela de cuero curtida con vegetales de color negro para hacerlos y mantener constante la apariencia de "asesinado". El ante negro por dentro y por fuera evitará que el cinturón se deslice y que el molesto polvo del cuero se limpie como los viejos cinturones originales sin tratar de 10 mm. El cinturón se completará con hilo de nailon negro y pintura de borde negra. Ahora, si eso no es lo suficientemente bueno, se incluye un PAL 2.0 negro con estos. Si no sabe qué es el V2 PAL, es una palanca ajustable que permite incrementos de apriete/aflojamiento de 1/2" antes de tener que usar un destornillador. Ha sido otro cambio de juego en el mundo de las correas de elevación y nosotros Si confía en los cambios que realizamos en la primera versión, nunca verá los cinturones de palanca normales de la misma manera.
