Weightlifting/Power Lifting Belts are worn well above where you wear your shorts or pants, this means they are worn above the hip bones.
Your pant size is NOT your weight belt size.
To measure for the correct size, use a pliable measuring tape or seamstress tape. Measure around your waist, about 4 inches above where your pants are. *Do not “suck in”, measure in a relaxed state, then pull the measuring tape tight. Use this measurement to choose your correct belt size.

- Large - 35"-44"
- X-Large - 39"-48"
- XX-Large - 43"-52"
- XXX-Large - 47"-56"

They are 10mm thick and 10cm (4") wide. They are compliant with all powerlifting federations other than the IPF. They feature the patented* V2 PAL (Pioneer Adjustable Lever) that allows for on the fly micro (.5")adjustments and alleviates the usage of a screw driver. Vegetable tan sole leather, high quality chap split suede, and a heavy duty marine vinyl.
