Pioneer Weightlifting Belt Sizing
Weightlifting/Power Lifting Belts are worn well above where you wear your shorts or pants, this means they are worn above the hip bones.
Your pant size is NOT your weight belt size.
To measure for the correct size, use a pliable measuring tape or seamstress tape. Measure around your waist, about 4 inches above where your pants are. *Do not “suck in”, measure in a relaxed state, then pull the measuring tape tight.
Use this measurement to choose your correct LEATHER WEIGHT belt size.
- X-Small - 22"- 31"
- Small - 27"- 36"
- Medium - 31"- 40"
- Large - 35"- 44"
- X-Large - 39"- 48"
- XX-Large - 43"- 52"
Use this measurement to choose your correct NYLON/HYBRID belt size.

How do you choose the right lifting belt thickness?

Our Pioneer Leather Dip Belt meets all the requirements you will need! It is contoured for comfort and to prevent slipping. We use top grade genuine sole leather and nickel plated rivets, buckles and 48" chain to make this product rust and corrosion proof. The heavy duty clip is made of 6mm zinc plated, steel wire and makes putting on your plates quick and easy. This item can be treated for more suppleness and a darker appearance, and it also comes with our Lifetime Warranty. Made in the U.S.A.
