Weightlifting/Power Lifting Belts are worn well above where you wear your shorts or pants, this means they are worn above the hip bones.
Your pant size is NOT your weight belt size.
To measure for the correct size, use a pliable measuring tape or seamstress tape. Measure around your waist, about 4 inches above where your pants are. *Do not “suck in”, measure in a relaxed state, then pull the measuring tape tight. Use this measurement to choose your correct belt size.

Our Training Belt is 4" in the back and tapers to 2.5" in the front. This thickness is considerably more pliable than the 13mm counterpart if comfort is part of your needs. It is available in single prong double prong our our patented design* that Steve Strohm partnered exclusively with Pioneer to bring to the iron game. The Pioneer cut is an upgrade to the traditional prong belt with offset holes giving the user our trademark half inch adjustments and providing an unparalleled fit. This belt comes with many options to make them as unique as you are!
If you are looking for the best weightlifting belt that will last you a lifetime, this is the one for you! The White Garment Leather selection outside comes with black suede on the inside unless otherwise selected in the belt options.

This belt is single thick meaning it is constructed of a single piece of sole leather (6mm) with garment suede sewn on either side (4mm total, 2mm each side) offering a very pliable yet supportive belt. These belts must have stitching and will default to white unless specified otherwise.
