Refund Policy

PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR PIONEER FIT PRODUCT.

If it is our fault: General Leathercraft will stand behind it and cover all costs associated with the issue.

If it is the customer’s fault: (ie: ordered the wrong size, clicked the wrong button, don’t like the color, ordered incorrect type of belt, didn’t measure according to our guide, forgot to add a customization, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the charges incurred to correct the mistake. Specifically:

  • Stock items may be exchanged at the customer’s expense provided they are unused and we are able to restock them. See below Returns and Restock. For the purpose of this policy, stock items are any item that have only a size option.
  • Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. For the purpose of this policy custom items are any product with options selected other than size. This includes leather finish, buckle, edging, color, etc.

Our work comes with a craftsmanship warranty. Pioneer Fit | General Leathercraft is not responsible for items burnt, torn, tattered, broken, submerged, or any other type of mistreatment of leather

Our lifetime craftsmanship warranty covers our leather belts from defective craftsmanship resulting in limited or deficient use. Alterations or changes made by any entity other than Pioneer Fit | General Leathercraft, Inc. voids the warranty.

**All exchanged/returned orders without an explicit approval will be returned to sender at the sender’s expense. Please contact customer service prior to sending products back.**

Exchanges

All stock and/or non-customized products MUST be exchanged within 14 calendar days from delivery – NO EXCEPTIONS. All exchanged items must be unused, unwashed and in new condition. We reserve the right to deny any exchanged items not in this condition. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to General Leathercraft at their own cost, unless the issue is our fault. Belts with a name WILL NOT be exchanged. It is up to our discretion on all exchanges. Return shipping costs may be associated with returning the order back to the customer.

Returns

All stock and/or non-customized products MUST be returned within 14 calendar days from delivery – NO EXCEPTIONS. All exchanged items must be unused and in new condition. We reserve the right to deny any returned items not in this condition. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to General Leathercraft at their own cost, unless the issue is our fault. Please be sure to place the return authorization form in the box with the product.

Custom products that have spelling or design errors created by the customer will not be eligible for returns, and can only be remade at the customer’s expense, as a new order. If spelling errors occur that do not match the order specifications, we will remake the product at no expense to the customer. The use of emojis, hyphens, dashes, or any other special characters are not considered to be spelling errors, as they are not published through the ordering process and are not available. If you have questions about your customization, please contact us BEFORE you order.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to our manufacturing Location and back to them.
  2. All unopened or unused returned goods must be in re-sellable condition after inspection to be approved for processing.
  3. Physically damaged equipment will not be accepted.
  4. There is no exchange, refund, or credit on select items. Some items have specific sales conditions.
  5. The customer is responsible for the package until the package is released to the Pioneer facility.

  7. If you are exchanging a lever belt, keep the lever.
  8. For additional charges, we will send you a payment link from shop@pioneerfit.com.

Restock fees

It is up to our discretion on all returns. There may be shipping costs associated with returning the order back to the customer.

Items may ONLY be exchanged/returned once you have spoken with a customer service representative and your return has been approved. All Items returned without proper approval will be returned to sender.
