Pioneer™ Commander(Convict) Wrist Wraps provide support during weight bearing exercises like Bench Press, Military Press, or Weighted Dips. These are made from a competition proven elastic material and offer superior support with a softer more comfortable feel. These wraps come in 12", 24" and 36" in length and are 3 3/8" wide. They feature Velcro to get the most secure fit. You will be floored at how good these feel, and how much support you get out of them. Building the wrist is an essential part of lifting more weight. This is one of the weakest points in the human body, so it may need some help during heavy lifting sessions. That's where the Commander comes in. I was very happy with the Commander Wrist Wraps. They were a huge improvement over the wraps I was using. I found them tp be very comfortable at a tight but not near strangulation wrap and kept the wrist from moving backwards which is important. The material is stout and should hold up for a long time. All in all, a very good, well-made product.
