Weightlifting/Power Lifting Belts are worn well above where you wear your shorts or pants, this means they are worn above the hip bones.
Your pant size is NOT your weight belt size.
To measure for the correct size, use a pliable measuring tape or seamstress tape. Measure around your waist, about 4 inches above where your pants are. *Do not “suck in”, measure in a relaxed state, then pull the measuring tape tight. Use this measurement to choose your correct belt size.

- XX-Large - 43"-52"

Our Pioneer Bench Belt is a perfect bench belt to use while you are breaking your PR's. This leather bench belt will help keep your bench shirt fitting properly without hindering your "arch" when lowering the bar like other bench belts. These Pioneer bench belts are 6.5mm thick and come stitched with your choice of thread color, a round tongue and silver buckle. This bench belt can be treated with our special blend for a darker and more supple look, fully customizable and comes with our Lifetime Warranty and is Made in the U.S.A.
